A leading blue chip organisation has an urgent need for a Procurement Buyer to join their successful team. The post holder needs to be passionate about procurement, ready to work as part of a team and have some experience in Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities:
* Working across a number of procurement spend areas
* Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
* Working within the Supply Chain to develop strategic and tactical procurement
* Providing a source of expertise over a range of spend categories, whilst continuously seeking to improve purchasing knowledge and cost saving processes


Job Requirements:
* Client engagement with a strong ability to influence and negotiate
* Experience in standard Supply Chain Management Processes
* Consistently able to hit cost saving and procurement related targets
* A background in Automotive industry is an advantage
* Degree (Or Equivalent)
* CIPs qualification would be an advantage
