A global financial services company is looking to urgently recruit an experienced IT Procurement professional. The candidate will have a strong IT Procurement background and a proactive attitude.

The procurement role will involve:

Procuring IT consumables consisting of telecoms, hardware, software, networks, security and related services
Managing complex IT procurement projects in a demanding environment
Working closely with colleagues and suppliers to provide an effective service that delivers against expectations and requirements
nfluencing stakeholders

The following procurement skills are required:

A strong background in procuring IT and telecoms services and leading complex negotiations
A minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent international qualification) in an appropriate subject
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Successful track record of leading complex negotiations
