The firm are re-building their procurement function from scratch and are looking to recruit a strong IT Procurement specialist and implement a strategic procurement team by the end of the year…

This IT procurement role will involve:-
* Driving savings delivery and cost optimisation within all aspects of IT procurement including consumables, telecoms, hardware, software and services
* Developing strategies to fit optimised and analyse alternative strategies in line with client requirements
* Utilising procurement knowledge to enable delivery of procurement solutions to clients
* Engaging with management and driving stakeholder relations through various presentation and coaching techniques




The following IT procurement skills are required:-
* In-depth understanding and experience of best practise within IT procurement Proven track record of leading and implementing IT procurement category projects and managing supplier relationships
* Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
* Minimum of 2.1 degree and FULL flexibility on travel
* Weekly split between London and Amsterdam
