HR Category Manager - London - £50-65k plus package


A well renowned, global FTSE 100 organisation is in the market for a HR category manager. They are looking for a procurement professional to join their growing procurement team based out of central London


This HR procurement role will involve:
* Managing and growing all aspects of the HR Procurement function
* Developing strategies to fit requirements and analyse alternative strategies
* Purchasing and mobilising contracts for the HR category including temporary/permanent recruitment and occupational health services
* Preparation and implementation of the procurement sourcing strategies
* Liaising with the business to define end user requirements and support best practise procurement


The following procurement skills are required:
* Proven procurement experience across the HR procurement category, delivering savings within a corporate, blue chip environment
* Good understanding of strategic sourcing and strong communication skills
* Strong negotiation, analytical and client-facing skills
* Ideally degree educated and / or CIPS qualified or equivalent
