A leading organisation is looking for an FM procurement manager to join their procurement team in central London and cover both hard and soft services

This procurement role will involve:

• Supporting the business on all aspects of hard and soft FM services including M&E, cleaning, catering and security
• Evaluating cost saving opportunities such as benchmarking and re-negotiation
• Liaising with the business to define end user requirements
• Preparation and implementation of the procurement sourcing strategies

The following procurement skills are required:

• In-depth category knowledge of hard and soft FM services including M&E, cleaning, catering and security
• Detailed knowledge of strategic sourcing and strong communication skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical and client-facing skills
• Ideally degree educated and / or CIPS qualified or equivalent
