A leading organisation is looking for an FM procurement manager to join their procurement team in central London and cover both hard and soft services
This procurement role will involve:
- Supporting the business on all aspects of hard and soft FM services including M&E, cleaning, catering and security
- Evaluating cost saving opportunities such as benchmarking and re-negotiation
- Liaising with the business to define end user requirements
- Preparation and implementation of the procurement sourcing strategies
The following procurement skills are required:
- In-depth category knowledge of hard and soft FM services including M&E, cleaning, catering and security
- Detailed knowledge of strategic sourcing and strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical and client-facing skills
- Ideally degree educated and / or CIPS qualified or equivalent
