Procurement Manager - Global - Indirect Spend

This leading leisure company, are looking for a Procurement Manager to help strategically drive their Procurement function forward across a number of indirect spend areas. You will be required to use strategic sourcing techniques and best practice procurement, whilst raising the profile of the procurement function within the company.

Please note: a pre-requisite for this role is previous experience in the hospitality / leisure sector.

This Procurement management role will see you:

  • Develop sourcing strategies across areas of indirect spend
  • Engage and gain buy-in from key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work across an international scope and over multiple sites
  • Introduce innovative cost saving initiatives
  • Promote Procurement best processes within the company

To succeed in this Procurement role you will need:

  • A solid background within indirect procurement and extensive knowledge of procurement best practices
  • Have the gravitas to deal with key stakeholders
  • Experience in the leisure / travel sector would be advantageous
  • In depth knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology
  • A track record of achievements
  • Be degree educated and ideally hold professional membership i.e. MCIPS
